To add request a new user, please send the following information to us at success@rallynow.io:
- User Name
- User Email
- Should this user receive notifications when questionnaires are completed? Yes or No
- What will the primary function of this user be?
- Building templates
- Building the Menu of Services
- Creating Client Matters
- Working on Client Matters
We will notify you once we have added the user and send them applicable documentation to help get them up to speed on the areas of the app that they will be using most. We will also set up an intro call to ensure they are comfortable with the app and know how to reach us with any questions.
