Does your client have more than one contact that needs to log in to Rally? You can navigate to the "Settings" tab on a particular client profile and use 'Organization Members' to invite additional contacts into the client portal.
Inviting Team Members
There are two ways to invite multiple members; inviting them initially with the primary contact or inviting them later.
1. If you haven't invited a primary contact for the client, you can invite them as well as the additional team members in one flow by clicking 'Invite Primary Contact'.
If you need to invite the primary contact as well as additional members, click on the client name under the Clients tab. Since the client doesn't already have a Primary Contact, you will see 'Invite Primary Contact' when you are viewing their client profile.
Click on Invite Primary Contact where you'll then see a box to enter the email. Click Add to invite the primary contact. If you have more than one contact to invite, stay in this box and enter the next email address, click Add, and repeat for as many members as you'd like to invite.
2. If you already have a primary contact, you can click on the client name under the Clients tab, click Settings then Manage Members.
Click on Clients at the top of the page:
Once in Clients, click on the client name you are adding team members for and then click Settings:
Once in Settings, choose Manage Members under Team Members
Enter the email address for the person then click Add.
If you have more than one individual to add here, you will need to add each email then click Add before adding the next one.
Each person will receive their own email which will invite them to Rally.
If the individual misplaces the email and you need to resend it, you can go back into Manage Members and click Resend Invite next to their email.
If the Resend option is not there, the individual has already accepted the invitation and set their password.
