As a business operator, it can take a painful amount of time to properly organize documents that come in as email attachments. Rather than downloading the attachment and finding the right folder to put it in, you can simply forward the email to docs@rallylegal.com. Once received, Rally will automatically open a new Matter containing the document.
How to Create a Matter from Email
Forward an email with an attachment to docs@rallylegal.com.
After a few seconds of processing, a new Matter will be created in your Rally account. The Matter will be named identically to the attached file (though you can change it at any time).
Once in Rally, you can add categories and associated contacts to the Matter to stay even more organized.
